i think they'll fit offset of 42 i think lexus can be from 38-50 (something like that) someone will be along to correct me if im wrong pretty cheap but not to my taste

Pretty pleased with it, the only thing is, the bloomin battery keeps running down soooooooooooooo low that i cant unlock the thing in the morning, i havent wired up my memory wire to my headunit yet, is this the problem, as sometime when i turn off the car the headunit stays on ?????? Cheers as scarface mentioned you have wired the positive from the headunit onto the constant positive on the car... Wire your positive up to the other postive feed which will be the power when the ignition is turned and wire your memory wire onto the constant positive feed(which you have connected already).. this will also save your settings if you have made any :) Ahhh so the mermory wire just gets connect in with the constant, seems simply now lolol Cheers

Are you sure you have the 'ignition' cable wired properly? Seems that your head unit is drawing power from the + all the time ............. not good ! yeah i think so ill swap them round and see, need to get it sorted soon, ahmet do u know/have any good converting softare got a load of music in mp4 need to convert to mp3 for a mega disc :D CHeers

Is that the same as the factory fitted DVD sat nav in my 2002 GS300? I've been toying with building in some video toys ... if I can only work out what wire does what Hey fargo can you send the wiring diagrams to me please i need to get mine flipping up and down and what not. Also have u had any experience at taking apart a stand alone screen and putting in the nav unit, as this is next on my list? It is a standard colour from Renault : Bleu Orage (Storm Blue in UK) It is blue + lot of metallic grey + yellow pearl + turquoise pearl :) When dark, it looks dark grey at the light, it looks blue with a very light gold effect ah yes, i know the colour, very nice bud.......dont forget the ...... , and dont forget to let me know when its available ;) u bugga i wanted the think u got there a little before me tho lolol

4 channel amp, that why i dont know why its cutting out on the rear 6x9s when it runs the front ones fine, getting really confused at it now and a bit peeved off. ive pretty much tried everything, taking it down local shop today to see if they can shed any light on it. but sill if anyones got any ideas im more than willing to try them out. CHeer Ok. as Mat says checking the wiring. However even if its out of phase they will still play loud, but the quality will be low. Check the crossover freq on the 6x9s, if there getting too much low end the 6x9s will be jumping out of there baskets. If there fronts still run while the rears cut out it could be wiring or crossover settings. Well randopmly over the weekend everything started working fine very very odd maybe the amp needed running in or something, got the other front component in but the bloomin tweeter was broken so gotta get a new one. OK dunno what your impendance means ??? but ill tell you what ive got. 600 watt amp running 2 6x9s 275watt 70 watt rms (thats for both) then running (at the moment) 1 front component 350watt dunno the rms350 watt is for both sides again). then have a seperate amp running my sub, the sub is fine hasnt cut out at all, and is earthed to the same place as the other amp. but the speaker wire going to the 6x9s is reasonable thin, would this make much difference. CHeers Ok just changed speaker wire to nice big fat stuff and same happening, i turn the volume up and the amp running the speakers cuts out, why???????? the sub keeps playing but all the speakers go off??? helpppppppp mr singh :duh:

You can't do a cowboy job ... and expect miracles ! well ive been getting in from work at 5 and trying to do bit by bit as there no freekin light and blooomin freezin im pretty chuffed with myself at the mo as ive done everything so far and only blown one headunit fuse :)

Amp is in the boot, is the metal where the rear wheel is painted ??? thats where ive got mine earthed too, i've just remembered that the connections are a bit dodge to the 6x9s, hopefully thats the problem.

Well got most of the install done over the week, but know stuff starts playing up. The amp thats runnin the 6x9s and the front components, when i turn the volume up it cuts out, but only when the 6x9s are playing, i put all the fader to the front and they work fine???? Any thoughts, ive earthed my amp to one of the boot strap thingys ???? Help CHeers

Thinks there a manual that you can buy from the dealer, matt shud know he had one last time i was up there. Matt ????

Cheers for the help fellas got the headunit working after one blown fuse. now the bloody amp in the boot doesnt work. I earthed it to one of the boot strap holders. ( as you look in the boot right down on the right hand side just behind the rear lights) is this ok or not as i havent got a clue why its getting no power???? CHeer

need to know which wires which, im putting in my new headunit i think i can use the lexus stuff is this correct, i need power, earth??? and maybe memory ????? whats whats???? got the top loader cd player.] can any one help CHeers

Thats what i was thinking, its a ported box as well dunno if that will make any difference?
