The 300 got crashed and breaking for spares

Well yesterday i caught the train to go pick up my GS430 silver.. What a cracking car, love the interior, its a 2000 plate with sat nav etc. Not so keen on the exterior, especially the front bumper that does not look finished off at the bottom, but the drive is great..love it...

Maroon i think. pearl maroon. Anyway bought a GS430 now which i prefer as slightly smaller, and bit more modern inside and a nice 4.3 V8. so will will be selling the LS now. Cant put pics up as to big apparently... -
Anyone live near Oldbury that can tell me the weather situation, as won a gs430 on ebay and want to pick it up.cheers

Tigerfish try sending wow300. I sent him both my spares (OS and NS), as I didn't have time to pop my wheel off to check which one was the OS one. He should have the NS one left over. Yes i still owe you bud, i have not actually used either and now im sadly having to break the car for parts so if anyone else needs one give me a shout.

Whilst stripping down my gs300, under the centre arm rest is a small black box with a little adjuster on it, says Toyota on it and TVSS Any ideas ?

The Answer is i would not no, i used its in a 1997 pug 307 and a 2000 LDV and its knackered both of them, its not worth it at all. and they are basic engines not a modern diesel like the is220 !

Ultralite do a nice gold and chrome alloy, think its the GT2, have a look at there website.

But we're STILL laughing at the Scorpio! Er, except that I put Scorpio seats in my LS 400 cos they're so much more comfortable. Ah.. was going to do this in my 300, so the 400 aint no better than the 300 then? yes scorpio seats much better than the 300 ones

Sorry to here this bud. I have only just wrote my gs300 off at 70mph and as you say great build quality. Started stripping the gs and it's one strong car around the front end. I don't know which one to get now. Ls400 or newer 300. Like the 450h but still a few quid.

Been looking at these myself since writting my mk1 gs300 off which i did 65000 miles in myself and was no trouble at all, and brilliant autobox as these always go wrong on other cars. I want an lpg ls400 or ls430 as they are stunning inside, are they as bullet proof then as the 400?

I was in a lex dealers today, they had the new is f sport in black metallic and its looks stunning, went in to look at a 450h but the is f definatly looks better but like the gs range for big comfort machines. -
Been looking at these on youtube this weekend, maybe my next lex, not yet though. nice car by the sounds of it, but are they as reliable as the MK1 GS300 as these seem to be the best of the lot really.

Think you just have to pull a pipe and operate steering a bit to push fluid out.

Now its stopped raining, discovered the distributor oil seal is leaking and dripping in alternator, sprayed carb cleaner in it and seems to be working again at mo.

Anyone know what this maybe on mk1 gs300 sport Most of the dash lights came on last night, orange oil light, battery light, tail light out warning light. the only 2 which i think didnt come on is the red oil and abs light ??
