Its a great shame as the cars are great but the dealers are total rubbish, i ordered a new rad and they wanted the box to send the old rad back in and expected me to take my £320 rad home with no protection, Then i ordered a touch up pen and a spray can, they said would ring when its in, they didnt so i rang a week later, yes its all here, drove up to pick it up and they could not find it, 35 mins later they found the touch up pen but no can, said we will post the can to you, this is 2 weeks ago now, still nothing! I bet if we was in Japan the service would be spot on. Another thing, i do Auto tinting and back along i tinted a Lexus in there workshop, all very young lads working on all the cars, only 1 adult in the whole workshop watching over the lads, i would never go to lexus for a service etc for a YTS boy to work on my car at £90 per hour!!!!

Lexus do do some funny things sometimes.... No doubt the quality is still there though...

I have had LPG on Lexus's for years and years, never had a problem, as long as the install is good its great, had engines over 300,000 on gas and still ran like a clock, well worth it. You will notice your oil will say clean from change to change, plugs last longer the lot, its great. Is a good idea to run sometimes a little bit on petrol to lubricate the valves, now n then. You could always have a second tank fitted for greater range.

Took it back to lexus and apparently its the only one available now, put it in and seems to work ok.

Anybody know if a 2000-20005 gs300 radiator is the same as gs430 2000-2005 as both look the same in pic on advert but wondering if are different in some way as its cooling a bigger engine. Plenty adverts around for 300 rads but not 430 ones. Today i got one from Lexus dealer, and i think its the one for a 2006 model gs430 as there is no radiator cap on it, can someone confirm this please? I am going back on monday to check, see if lexus have done a modification or something. What i couldn't believe is they insisted on having the box to send my old one back, meaning i had to transport mine with no protection!!

Hi, excellent idea, would cost between £100 and £1500 depending on who does it. Results.. instead of say £100 in petrol you would put in about £70 in gas to do same mileage.

Looks like the roof has been cut off because it has, and whats the point in tv screens in the rear headrests!! Bet the body has not been reinforced either like they are when original.

I dug out all my cassettes a couple of weeks ago and played them, they still sounded good after 20yrs, i used to record on TDK SA90 which were good tapes, with decent equipment. keep some in the car now... lol

Yes you are right bud, i cant ever hear it pinking, but then again, cant hear the engine really. ye should be better on on fuel but its the equivalant of petrol.. The silver gs430 i am selling is actually better on fuel now its had a brand new exhaust from lexus than the lpg one !!?? i can get over 20mpg easy, driving it around town, its unreal, the lpg one struggles to do that on a run on petrol and lpg. would a new exhaust make that much difference ?
