Hi, after fiiting of compressor TDi told me to use octane boost as well as Shell optimax, has anyone else been told this and do I really need it( any experts out there), advice will be greatly appreciated.

I think it was about £270, a first class investment though. Takes about 3 weeks to arrive.

Just to let you all know, I have a cover from covercraft, made to measure it is an excellent fit and breathes, gives car fuul element protection. A must have.

Lets start a discussion on what we are all using, so we can find the best and most effective product. I use Auto-glym, good quick lasts well, but leaves white resdue, I currently polish every month.

Be aware if you are going to use these bulbs, I have used 2 sets and they keep blowing, leaving lots of glass in headlamp(took an hour to remove)they look good but have very little life in them.

Hi all, just to let you know my dealer has been excellent with regards to full ecu check after new compressor ecu fitted. No qualms they did full diagnostic, TDi phoned to check all was ok also.
