Thanks for the replies guys :) I think i'll go for the job lot then, Anti-Roll Bars, rear strut brace and lowering springs ;) Noel maybe it will fun when i get used to it, but at the moment it scares the life out of me lol.... Im sure i'll be drift racing in no time hehe ;) I have Zeetex HP101 tyres, they were new on the car when i bought it a few months ago, never heard of them to be honest... Hi, I want to make my Tezza more solid on the bends, what mods do you recommend for this? Ive ordered a front TRD stru brace (just for the look more than anything :)) would only having a front strut brace improve the handling or would it be wise to get a rear one aswell? Its the rear that feels the most unsteady to me... Ive had the back end slide out on me in the wet a couple of times and it almost gives me a heart attack when it happens :o Ive also thought about getting some lowering springs, but not sure which to buy ? Im going to change the standard Tezza stereo for my Alpine single din size head unit... Can someone tell me if the connections are a straight plug in to after market head unit or will i need any special converter blocks or radio leads ?? Thanks before i rip out the old one :)

These are the little rectangular shape part (4) that goes on top of your spark plugs. I suggest you get them check by a professional (auto electrician) I see, i know what they are now :) Cheers

I have the same problem with mine at exactly the same revs, i cleaned the maf sensor which fully sorted out the top end flat spot, now i need to sort the bottom end... I have no idea what plugs i have on at the mo, as i havent had the car very long and bit by bit trying to get it to my satisfaction :) Would these plugs be ok for my standard Tezza? DENSO HKS IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS IK20 X4 - £50 on Ebay..... or can you point me to some better ones? Cheers for the help :)

I got some of that CRC sensor cleaner :) I took out the sensor and i couldn't even see the little wires they were that dirty, a few squirts with the cleaner and they were gleaming... WHAT A DIFFERENCE ;) It really is like ive just installed a turbo compared to before..... As soon as i hit 4500rpm - 5000rpm theres no flat spot anymore and my god does it fly Loving it B) Thanks for the advice :)

Hi, Me and a friend were cleaning up our engines and sensors and changing filters etc when we noticed a small lining of oil in base of the air filter housing :/ is this normal? there doesnt seem to be any on the actual filter just in the plastic housing... Thanks for advice :)

Hi, When you're in gear and you pull the stick out of gear into neutral, like say from 5th into neutral mine just stays there (like in neutral but directly under 5th gear) and doesnt spring back to the middle like my old car did, it does this in any of the gears, feels quite stiff and clunky..I find it difficult sometimes to find the right gear, how can i win races like this lol ? ;) Is this normal on the tezza or is it something that i can get fixed easily ? I know i will probably get used to it, but if i can improve this so my gear changes are more smooth and wont cost the earth id like to have this done :) Thanks for your help and advice :)

Hi, Did you manage to get this flat spot problem fixed? I have a similar problem with mine, when it reaches 5000rpm it hits a very slight flat spot for a second or so and then pushes past it and is fine, god its like a rocket after 6000rpm :) Its a minor annoyance, but if i can get it fixed then i will do... Cheers :)

Thanks for the welcome and the comments guys :) So is Ebay the best place i'll find the eyebrows etc or is there specialist online sites for the Lexus and Tezza? I'll also be looking for an induction kit, strut braces when i can afford... Ive had a google around and cant seem to find much. not sure about the strip lights though :D

Hi there, Im new to the forum, so hello to everyone :) I just got my Altezza and would like to add some of the light brows and probably a few more mods in future, could anyone point me to an online store for the mods etc? added a few pics what do you think, i love the colour B) Cheers ;)
