You will see much difference in your car with this sort of power mate. I have been in a Lexus with a supra engine, which produced at the beginning 320hp. The car was very fast. Top speed was rougly 300km. Now it is tuned to 500hp on the wheel. The car is bloody fast!!!

right i see. so when you putting this on a dyno? Hopefully until the end of this week I will have visited the dyno.

Thanks mate. No there are any problems with my fuel pump. The Lexus mechanic suggested to change it for precaution. Around 120000km some OEM cars found to have problems with the fuel pump. (Mine has 100000km). Since I have upgraded the car he said to change the fuel pump and fuel filter in order to have a good fuel supply to the engine.

I use Motul 300V 5w40. Much better oil than the normal factory (from what I know they are Texaco 5w40).

We used a smaller tube to estimate the bending that is requiered to be done in the 60mm inox tube. The hydraulic oil tank for the steering wheel will be moved and positioned next to the battery to gain extra space for the Apexi intake filter.

The middle bar for the cradle fitted very well! I need to buy tomorrow an inox 60mm tube to and some bending is needed with the bender in order to join the prolex induction kit with the Apexi filter. Pics will follow tomorrow

Today we continued with the upgrade of my engine. Initially we installed a new clutch, the EBC front brakes and Goodridge brake lines all around, then the DKNE manifold and after we commenced the fitment of the SC. The project upgrade hopefully will be completed tomorrow afternoon with the installation of the intercooler , the induction kit (some work is needed to be done to fit the induction kit behind the ABS sensor unit) and the TDi carbon fiber air scoop. During the week the HKS BOV will be fitted also (waiting for the HKS universal adapter), a new fuel pump and fuel filter. More pics will be uploaded tomorrow.

If you are into tuning, I would suggest to go for option 3. There are many many upgrade kits in USA for the IS300. From what I know there aren very few upgrades for the IS250 and especially for the IS220. If you go for the first option I would suggest to go for the auto option. I have driven many times my father's IS250, which is manual and it is not so pleasant as the auto. Also it has a heavy flywhell which means that when you start from stop most of the times it doesn's start smoothly, what the IS200 does also as you know vey well. With the auto you will not have this problems and it has a very swift 6 speed gearbox!!! Also IS250 and especially the luxury edition has a lot of gadgets, such as the heating-cooling seats, the nav, the touch screen, the mark-levinson audio, bluetooth, and many many other things.

So I will also be able to use the TDi carbon air induction kit. tdi dont make them anymore mate unless you sourced a used one. Yes, you are right. I have one already, it came with the SC kit

I just got today my sc. From what I saw i need a new throttle cable. Do I have to get one from TTE or I can use any aftermarket? Do you have any suggestions?
