  1. Wooww, that is pretty cool mate. I love your car. It must be bloody fast too!!! Super condition.
  2. The one i got is a 95 year model R33 GTS-T and paid just over £3000 for it, its got a manual gearbox and there are a lot of autos about going for less money, its done 121,000 kms which works out to about 75,000 miles, also has the 4 wheel HICAS steering system? The car corners very well and on the motorways its a great drive, And was quite suprised at the fuel economy coming home last night in it, i did 115 miles to 1/4 of a tank cruising at around 70 most of the way back :D Not sure on how big the tank is on it yet as i havnt had a search for any details, but when you do put your foot down it flies and i bet the fuel will go just as quick Its still only running low boost at the moment but hope to get a Boost contoller fitted soon, so i have the choice to turn it up a little if i feel the need to Hahaha, that is a good price mate, believe me. With 3k in Greece you can only buy a Seat Ibiza 95model!!!!!
  3. Thanks mate, I do not know to tell you the truth. It came with the kit.
  4. Welcome to LOC mate, and enjoy your new ride.
  5. Vere nice gauges and good job has been done Mr. Mole. I will fit an air-fuel ration gauge instead of the oil temp.
  6. Great pics Mr. Mole. All three cars are fantastic. Good to see nice cars.
  7. Congrutalations mate, nice car. Much better than the Lex I believe. I wich you have a good fun with it!
  8. Only 1K for ecu? One of my friend's got an Autronic ECU for 5000 euro.
  9. I think it is quite exepensive. with 2k I would go for another engine instead of improving further the 2lt engine of the IS. Apart from the pistons, rods and valves you need a good ECU which would cost a few more thousand of pounds. Unless if anyone wants to stick with their 2lt engine.
  10. Get rid of the red TDi bit on your air scoop Yep, I will do that tomorrow morining!
  11. Nice wheel mate, what tyres did you fit?
  12. Found some spare time today to clean the engine bay and polish the Lex. Here are some pics.
  13. Welcome LOC, good choice you made Tucky.
  14. Or you can swap supercharger with a rebuild one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...AAQ:MOTORS:1123
  15. Work offshore for Assodivers Underwater Contractors. ROV and trencher pilot, ROV and trencher mechanical and technical support team.
  16. What about this, hehehe. It is much cheaper than 12000 that it would require to spend in USA http://cgi.ebay.com.au/supra-2jz-ge-non-tu...%3A1%7C294%3A50 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-91-92-93...sQ5fAccessories
  17. Nice pics Mr Mole. Keep up with the good work!
  18. Oups. Are you sending the Audi to USA? I thought you were talking about the lexus.
  19. Nice!!!!I suggest supra engine mate. I have been for a drive in Greece in a Lexus with a Supra engine,500whp...Awsome power!!!!
  20. What are you planning to do with your car mate?
  21. Thanks guys for the information. Next step that I will follow for the time being will be to fit a decat pipe.
  22. DJ Wozza thanks for the information. I have heard so many problems from LOC members regarding the TDi sencond stage upgrade and I was just wondering how may have tried this specific upgrade and what type of problems they experienced. From what all of you have written in this blog the problems vary, but they are significant. I suppose same problems will occur with stage 1 upgrade too. I read your blog regarding the intercooler upgrade. Did you see any improvements? It is finally worth upgrading the TTE intercooler? You have also a picture with a pressure gauge showing 0.4bar. Did you achieve this pressure with the intercooler upgrade?
  23. The ones i know: Fever; apparently runs ok, no problems. Dave Read: blew gearboxs and gearboxes and gearboxes..... Raj: ECU lights, bad running, fuel gauge not working properly. Cho: blew the engine (plus Raj's problems) (and now hes rebuilt is no where near the power TDi claim) Thats just what i have been told (by the owners themselves). Recently when a stage two conversion was looked at by another garage (Noble Motorsport) they felt the charger was beyond its capabilities at 0.5 bar and producing too much heat. Thanks for the info Stav.
