Had a similar problem with the plastic covers breaking from the mounting bolts. If it's not that badly damaged, simply get a washer larger than the mounting hole to keep it in place.

Where is the rear jacking position on an IS200. There doesn't seem to be a definite jacking position between the rear axles. I want to raise the rear up onto support stands to work on the brakes.

They refer to the same type of lamp assemblies. The lense is clear with the internals black.

Are you sure it wasn't you who sneeked in to the UK to get some parts???? <_< <_< Yeah, popped over looking for some caliper stickers. Can't locate any in Australia :(

I can't seem to find Hammerite anywhere in Sydney (Australia).

Australia had the limited edition "Yellow" back in 2000 with only 100 available in the country. Each was individually numbered with a plaque on the dash.

Would that be Hammerite Smooth? Any problems with heat and/or oil? Does it only come in aerosol? Thanks.

Do the HKS exhaust come as a bolt on kit or will I require piping to be made up?

I'm interested in purchasing a bolt-on cat-back exhaust system for an IS200. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Interested in feedback regarding exhaust note/sound and any performance improvements. Thanks.

Anyone know where I can locate the font used in the Lexus logo/badges. I'm interesting in having a sign store make up some decals for the car. Is the Lexus (L) logo downloadable from somewhere? Thanks.

Now that I'm working on the brakes, any suggestions with painting brake calipers. I've only managed to locate one type of brake caliper paint (VHT) which comes in a spray can. I think red would go well with the yellow body colour.

ABT, I hated the guards sitting so high over the rims Are you in Sydney? Most places here do not have springs lower then 1.5" for IS200s. As I originally wanted a 2-2.5" lowering, the kit offered by Eibach here only lowers the car about 1", so I had to look for other brands. Similar situation with Pedders. I recently lowered my IS200 with K-Mac springs. They custom make each spring to your required height. I originally had them make new springs which lowered the car 2" front and 2.5" rear. Looked very nice with tyres sitting a touch inside the guards. However, after a week, I had to take it back to raise the height slightly as I had trouble with the body kit scraping driveways and humps :( Now, it's about 1.25" to 1.5" lower than standard. Cost about $610 fitted with 4 wheel alignment. It all depends on whether you can handle the bumps and scrapes.....then again, if you don't have a body kit, then it's no problem Stephen
