    If you take them to lexus they charge £40 a wheel i think maybe plus vat but that works out at around £200

    It depends entirely on the car you have. I got my IS200 done and the price should have been £200 because he had to take the back seats and parcel shelf out to get to the rear window. however as he is one of my mates uncles he did it for £180 and he is the number one person in the north west. similary he did my mates 3 door 2005 astra and charged £150 because its an easier job and requires less film. Between £150 and £200 is a guid price although havinbg had two cars tinted now i would suggest payin the bit more to get a proper professional job.

    As above really. I bought min least september 02 reg se with 62k on the clock in good condition with only a minor scuff on the back bumper and wheels needed refurbing. it was up for £4500 and i gave him £4k for it. needs the belt doing but still. If it was me i would try for a lower milage one possibly. Check the condition of the alloys . . . a relatively easy fix but can b time consuming and another added expense too.

    Get yourself to lexus and buy a new one £2.30 ish...then depending how confident you are u need to take the wheel ...caliper and disc off. then its just a case of really banging the old one out and pulling the new one through. If you dont like the sound of all that its a 20 min job in the garage no more than £15 £20

    Thanks. Off ebay mate. seen them and made the guy an offer which he accepted so drove down to bristol to get them. 7 hour round trip haha worth it though as they hardly ever come up in good condition and i got them for a reasonable £150

    not really. to be honest i only want the tinted headlights now to match the rest of the car but they are quite pricey so that wont b happening till after i get back off holiday haha

    Got it from Lexus liverpool mate. £45 all in sprayed to the colour of ya car. only took a day or two to come in as well

    If that was for me then yer i will be if someone wants them but they need a refurb so that would b reflected in the price. they dont have tyres either as i used 3 of them to replace the ones that came on the new set as they wer not up to much.

    Just a quick one regarding the post above dont actually touch your brake disc otherwise you will burn yourself....easy way al be it a bit crude is to spit on the disc.....if your spit frazzles and steams into nothing in a second they are hot haha

    Well today i drove from liverpool to bristol a total of about 360 odd miles to get them. paid £150 for the four of them in very good condition in need of two or three tyres but i can use the ones i have currently. will get pictures up tomorrow when i get the tyres on and fitted.

    yer i expected it to b around that. i just didnot fancy going in witht he hope it could actually be around the £250 mark and being told no its 500 and goin errr okk ill err get back to ya on that haha
