"Keep the car on and heaters"... ive never heard about this method, i usually top my rads when the car is switched off... never when its on...
do i fill up to the top everytime?
hey Felix, it seems its only us too for the moment...
where abouts are in Brum and what car do you drive?
Ive got a standard 2000 IS200 Lexus,
First things on my christmas list is the body, the tte version...
just wondering how people monitor/top up the water in their radiators?
on my honda it had a overflow place where you would top the rad water up, without opening the radiator cap...
but on my lexus is200 xreg, it doesn't have a overflow place... should i just add water straight in the rad and fill it up to the top?
thanks
excuse me for jumping on this thread,
I have a IS200 X reg (2000) What engine oil do you guys recommend? Recently got a service done and was adviced to use semi-synthetic
do i need to turn the ignition, or leave it in there?
No. Put your 3 button key into the iginition- if the security light goes out within a few seconds (2-3?), then you have a master key. If it takes longer, then you don't have a master key.
