    but they are 2 different engine chris, but that's i have pay anyway. And since u doing a cambelt anyway why not doing a watering pump too!, I go even further getting new spark plug as well, and more, but like I say if u know what u doing than do it yourself.

    If just a cambelt and water pump should not be no more than 800 but I have my schedule service done too so the bill gone over, but I am planning to keep car. I would say if u know what you doing , do it self and use a oem parts, they is some topic about replacing timing belt and a video also....I'm sure some here will help you out.

    Like everybody say as long it's have been well maintain, these car can run for long long time. When i first looking for is300 it's took me a while to find a low miles 300 , but my waiting game really pay off, when I first brought a car the miles was about 46k and with with full lexus history. I'm sure it's still well look after 300 out there :)

    I know some good stuff that u can put it on ur widescreen and every time it's rain it's just bleed off without using a wipers :)

    Yep I will be cleaning my too but my travel is quite far, I think the time I got there its will be back to dirt again, I guess I will have to keep a microfibre cloth and a quick detailing in my car just in case :d

    Try speak to your insrance too, maybe they can give u a advice , end of the day that why you have legal assistant for...and this is not really ur faul, I'm sure got to be the way to this, keep us the update.

    Sorry to hear that stevlee, but most insurance are now cover that if u hit by uninsure diver , give them a ring , special if u have comprehensive cover. , such a lovely car :(, hope u get it repair.

    Nice write up Neil. , still a lot people tend to dont know what is different between detailing, colour correction, or valeting. Ps it's all about preparations , same things as u painting a house! , it's doesn't matter how expensive the product is.

    I'm glad u bring this topic up....I'm not sure when is the last time u guys check the price of ISF , now u can pick one up for about 25k, that's would Bout 20% of full price bk than. I guess time to save up and put that deposit down guys lol.

    Road tax could slightly high than uk model , because of import , but i could be wrong. May I ask why would u wanna is300 import ,it is manual ?

    Hi stevlee quick update on O2 sensor , I did pay 166.77 for it from lexus!!, didn't know they was that expensive.

    Give japarts a ring and giv them ur parts number. I think the sensor are the same but only different is how is the wire , I know bank 1 sensor 2 rite on the button of header , so this could be different to the bank 1 sensor 1 on the wire but could be wrong , give a japarts I'm sure they are happy to help you.

    196 for sensors!!, that's just too much ,I will check the invoice when I got home.

    It's one on eBay and its from Toyota only £78 brand new, I think price that u been quote is including labour too that is so expensive.

    U can just get a part from lexus and i don't think is 196!!, I just change my bout 2 months ago.
