like chris said - have a look on the wiring plug to see if all the contacts are in place

mine went quieter too as the idler bearing was sounding like an owl when cold

camshaft/tappets are worn.

its a neat car at that motorway mileage.

did you get the car cheap that you brought it with that noise ?

cataclean works well as people I know have used it.

using good fuel and regulary driving keeps it all sweet for me at optimum levels ''

is your car not lowered ?

I would go with 10mm spacers all around. anything higher I feel tyres wear more quicker on lowered vehicle.

just my thoughts though -

change the rocker cover gasket set -

that freakin happened to me once but at 40mph. I changed the mats to lexus ones. all good now.

I have been through all of it and its best to save the headache and get refurbed ones or if you can get the kit and do it yourself.

if you get 2nd hand then its luck your testing.

_{keep an eye on the fluid level, need to know if it has gone down again.}

_{and its best to clean the pump as best you can, dry.}

_{drive it and then check fluid level and the pump of any sign of leak.}

I get the alignment done every set of new tyre change.

I have noticed in the wet you cant corner as hard as it will break traction and slide but helps pump the water through the grip and avoid getting sucked in the puddles! (aquaplaning) but other than that its all good.

with higher pressure the car behaves totally different and gives a some what easier drive.

I guess in the end it comes to the driver and the style of driving, as for me I do many motorway miles and the higher end of pressures suits me just well'

there factory built in to the glass.. some company's sell or hire them cars, add there own touch of tint paper after to make it look more appealing. there windows are slightly thicker too which adds to the contrast reflex.

so the type of glass/window where tint is added also effects the outcome of finish.

you can get that sort of shade too from tint film paper, hard to find and expensive with high quality finish.

your adjuster bolt should be free unless is seized. I am thinking someone previous has welded the lock nut!

and the pump should be dry. sounds like you do have a leak then. have you topped up the fluid and ran the car a week or something.

has the fluid gone down again ? if you can post a pic up or two of the pump from side angle, it could be the p/s pipe or the seal in the pump in this case -

that's true, the chalk test wont be full accurate. guess will have to wait about 10k then - -

less throttle required with these high pressures so I am assuming less fuel.

but as I say, cars lowered might benefit from this pressure. not sure though - testing testing - -

plus not having to change the air filter every service. just clean up and go!

its a little saving in penny change in the end -

not sure about the tyres but 18's will be better than 19's for everyday use.

I think the 19's will rub on full lock at front..

not sure on the rims, they look like 19's or something.. what I like is the colour, and he's got the show drop. must be coilovers or hydraulics - I am sure its not low on normal roads like that.

IS200's have not been well to handle LPG, even the best expensive Italian make convertion.

any other lexus is ok for it.

just hope the adjuster is not seized.

keep checking the belt tension as you tighten the bolt.

tighten it up then take it from there hoping your probs are solved.
