Anyone know where I can source a genuine s/h lexus one?

I have a july 2005 SE nav with 38k on the clock & got offered 9k as a trade in against a new one.

Had my car broken into at the weekend (2005 model), but they managed to get in without breaking a window or door lock - anyone had a similar experience or hear of similar?, I'm just concerned that my car has no security now. thanks for any guidance.

I'd be VERY interested, As I think the wood trim lets the car down. when I asked about changing when I orderd the car they quoted me £2.5-3k for the 400 upgrade to aluminium!!

L&G 800 not compatible, just incase anyone was thinking on changing phones. SE P990i is compatible.

I think the dealer is taking the Pi$$, and the upfront discount was a few hundred £££s, will not be buying another Lexus that's for sure. I'm swaying back towards german cars. I've decided to keep the car and have just bought a old 911 RS instead :D

I've just been looking at changing my 14 month old RX 300SE navigator, mint condition 9,218 miles on the clock (cost just a tad over 38k) for a 400h. Best price the Lexus will give me is 18k as a trade in! Think this will be my last Lexus, previous IS300 sportcross plummented as well, but not as much 50% when just over a year old - Looks like I'll be going Audi Q7 for next car as they offered 26k

NO DISCOUNT FOR GOLD MEMBERS 1st service last week, car just done 8k was £197 (labour 75 + VAT), but I did get replacement set of wheels under warranty

I'm after the rear spoiler for RX - the black plastic part that sits on top of the tailgate and houses the rear hi-level brake lamp. Lexus quoted £581+VAT, but it surely ain't worth £670 excl the brake light!! Any guidance on cheaper or good 2nd hand replacements greatly appreciated Thx

must admit I think the standard UK spec grille on the RX is cheap and tacky - anyone fitted any aftermarket ones as per/similar to l-tunedparts website? seems a bit prices to get from USA and ship across - any UK outlets?

Had two sets replaced on the IS300 within 19,000 miles & now looks like the RX wheels are blistering up at the edges 4,000 miles.

as a side note, if anyone is looking for a good 996 C2, freind of mine has moved to Norway and has a 2000 model with 38k on the clock sitting in his garage which he needs to get rid of. full porsche service history, 18" turbo alloys and (estimated) 4k private plate on it 1 number & 3 letters. I think he'd let it go for £28k as he's no requirement for it in Norway if interested sdempster1@marathonoil.com

you might be right fergy - I love the RX but would like to change every 2 years but if they ain't going to hold their price - might just keep and sell the other car (not for a Lexus!) I should have know as my 2 year old IS300 sportcross got 55% of what it cost new when I traded it in
