When i had the ERR3 message on mine it wouldn't play any CD's or let me eject them. Been waiting over 12 weeks to get the CD's back from Lexus....

The headunit from 2001 is a different unit to the ones fitted on earlier models. The older models had the CD slot at the bottom, where as the newer ones have the CD slot at the top. I don't think that these newer units suffer from the ERR3 problem, but there maybe someone on the forum who can second that.

That is a long time. When mine went wrong (ERR 3), Lexus Birmingham told me it would take 6 weeks. After 6 weeks and one day i called them to ask where if my new unit had arrived and they gave me the usual excuses of a huge back log of orders etc. To there credit, the service advisor told me to contact Lexus GB to see if they could speed things up. Lexus GB got back to me after a day and told me that the dealer would have the unit within 2 days. I am still waiting for the CD's that were jammed in there though, and that was back in September Waiting for 5 months just isn't acceptable - get on the phone to Lexus GB and voice your concerns.

Thanks Franmac. I have ordered mine now, well 2 actually as a colleauge at work also wants one and seeing as they are both the same colour means a slight discount on the painting charges. The guy that i dealt with was very helpful. I should get it by next week.

That's the one. Their website shows all the spoilers that they do for the Lexus range.

I've just been speaking with the supplier again, who informs me that he can supply the spoiler ready primed for £120. My local body shop have quoted me £75 for painting and fitting. I'll probably do it this way rather than risk fitting it myself - i just don't have the heart to start drilling into the bodywork

Yep, the price does sound good compared to what my local Lexus dealer has quoted me. The pic that they have provided is attached (i hope!)

I have found a supplier that can get me a rear lip spoiler with LED brake light for £200. This includes painting but not fitting. Does this sound like a good price? I have been informed by this company that they are the O.E spoilers.
