  5. Sorry to see that marcus , one of my worst nightmares is having my car keyed! I really would be besides myself with anger, just watching the thieving twockers on telly make my blood boil, having my car keyed would result in me bouncing of every wall in the house! Can you get a smart repair done on it?

  8. If it's anything like a Toyota just pull the ECU fuse out for a couple of minutes (common practice on MR2s, Celicas, etc.). Doing this will force the ECU to "re-learn" so it will make better use of anything that's changed on the car - an essential task if you do any mods. Ta, do you think my new Bee Sting Aerial will qualify for a ECU reset.. :D
  9. Any one point me to a decent pictures of some on a plat silver IS, I can't make my mind up if they will look good or not... What you think?
  10. How do you reset the ECU and why?
  11. Don, if you do make one how's about doing a tutorial on the Workshop section?
  12. So how much was yours Marcus? Is it easy to fit? Doh, :yack: Just spotted the figure, are they the kind of thing a novice can install, and where do I look for somewhere that flogs these?

  14. So come on do the sales pitch, features, benefit statements :P
  15. Simon @ Lexus Edinburgh says that he will sort this out for me, so I'll let you know.
  16. A real n00b question, but what is it and what does it do? Increase air intake? What kind of bhp increase if anything to do you get, and whats the price on a do it yourself job v's a shop kit? Chris
  17. :D And I thought it was me! I went to the pumps the other day, only the second time I had filled up, I got £3.50 in the car and gave up, thought it must be the pump and went to another station, got there same problem messed around with it and tried twisting no joy, so I pulled it all the way out and then just let it rest just in, bingo' ish...
  18. I have always used the Autoglym stuff, I have the polish and the super resin polish to give that glass like look, so I bought some of there shampoo, Crap! You just can get any kind of laver, it's like the Kaliber of the shampoo world!
