Battery is only a few months old the lights and all work but no ignition lights or radio..

Hi folks newbie here i have a third generation GS and the battery went dead so i jumped it off my own car and it started but then i turned her off and upon trying to restart the alarm kept going off and the doors locked, now the red security light stays lit and nothing works in the car? Help!
