    Hi Harrier Man, I’m not quite sure what you mean by the “Portal”. I haven’t had a chance to try connecting again since my last attempt but, bizarrely, I checked the app on my phone this evening and it has lots of details of my trip to Chichester yesterday. It also knows remaining fuel and total mileage so far. Something must have connected somewhere surely?

    In second day of ownership I still haven’t been able to successfully link the app to my 350h after many attempts. Each time I start the car I have to specify it uses English language. ☹️ The dealer couldn’t manage it on handover yesterday either….

    It must be Simon…I paid a high premium for “steady drizzle” but couldn’t quite stretch to “persistent grunge” sadly…

    Got mine today….350h F Sport…ordered early March ‘22. 360 camera is very useful.

    Just picked up my NX350h F Sport in steady drizzle from Twickers I’m and delighted with it. So much quieter and smoother than my original 16 plate version. Got lots to learn now in terms of menus etc - the only fly in the ointment was the inability of the car and Lexus app to hook up together despite several attempts at dealership and at home…will try again tomorrow…

    Welcome to the forum John - I understand some European markets are getting cars delivered without 360 functionality. I expressed my concern to my London dealer and he said he’d not heard of that affecting UK imports…🤞🏻🤞🏻

    I collect the car on Tuesday all being well - will report on any shortcomings - most of all I require the 360 camera. I’ve been watching Melissa’s excellent tutorials from Texas on YouTube - thoroughly recommended- and have a reasonable chance of getting to grips with all the new (to me) Tech.

    Mine’s just arrived at dealership today. They say they need 48/72 hours to turn it round! Oh boy!

    Hi Stephen - I understand that my 350h F Sport was on that boat and is hopefully emerging from Derby soon. My dealer says they’ll need it for 48/72 hours in addition before I get my grubby mits on it….I specced a tow bar and protection kit but why does everything take so long? Could it be they’re proactively doing recall stuff in advance?

    Agreed Malcolm….poorly designed app. My car, I hope, is currently waiting in the Bristol Channel to dock tomorrow - the app still shows “build in progress”. I honestly think we, customers and Lexus UK, would be better off of it didn’t exist.

    Hi Owen, confusing isn’t it? I understand my car is on board the Oregon Highway due into Portbury this weekend. The latest status on the app however shows “Build in progress”. Hopefully well be driving our cars soon…

    Hi Gary - It seems it’s 12 months for delivery for most of us….I ordered early March 22 and it’s on the Oregon Highway right now in the Med. The Lexus app has been mostly useless - it’s currently showing “Build in Progress” can you believe?. My dealership haven’t been overly informative so I’ve had to chase….I’d say it’s worth your while dropping Lexus UK HQ a line and asking them for an update. They were helpful to me and let me know which vessel it was loaded on to. Hope you get some encouraging news soon… 👍👍
