  1. But the feeling tonight of heated soft leather seats was bliss on the way home from work at 1am. Air con still works at 3 degrees (take note Skoda!) with a temperature of 23 in the car. Felt great. One annoyance is that when you let the front windows down and back up again the windows don't clear.

  2. The passenger seat is at a fixed height as said. My Premier has the folding mirrors which I always leave on auto so they pop out when I unlock the doors. It would be interesting to know if the loom for these does exist even if not fitted. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere about this on the US forum.

  3. In my opinion (a CT owner) I would put the money into your car but not with a dealer. An IS is a great car and you love it. Don't let this put you off it. Going from an IS to a CT you'll be gutted with the power differences between the two but impressed with the mpg of the CT. I wanted an IS but it's too big for my garage so got a CT instead. I'm very pleased with it,it's an awesome car but doesn't have the IS grunt. Good luck in your choice [emoji4]

Thanks for that. I thought I was kind of right haha.

  5. I was told after the MOT the other day that when it gets to 5 years old they then do a yearly/10K warranty on the batteries and then yearly again until 100K. Obviously this happens after they do a hybrid health check which is £59. Somewhat confused about it but that's what the service dept told me as it was advertised on there tv screen in the showroom. I believe the price of the Battery pack is circa £2600

Sorry forgot to add that I didn't get my CT through a dealer. .

  6. Thanks Mark, have tried this but nothing happens when I hold in the on/off button and have disconnected/reconnected the battery which seemed to reset the Sat Nav and this made no difference. Called Lexus to book in for the recall repairs and asked to give me an estimate and he reckoned at least £160 to run diagnostics and a reset but obviously there's no guarantee this will fix it.....:wallbash:

    Good luck. Hope it's a simple fix/reset.

  7. Dictating most of the above.

I've got the SE L Premier model which has everything incl the Mark Levinson sound system. It's a 2011 with 70K and still drives like new. It's just sailed through its 3rd MOT with no advisories as with the previous 2. I love it and getting great mpg. Yes the rides firm but not uncomfortable. The seats are very comfortable and it's built with Lexus luxury inside. The hybrid Battery is guaranteed for 5 years plus additional years after(told by a Lexus dealer). Well worth a test drive. You won't be disappointed.

    Good luck!
