  1. Like me I see you've changed from an NX. I was stupid enough to by a brand new C-HR but after five months I too own a 2022 UX. First thing to say is that it's great to be back in a vehicle that has some degree of quality about it. Lexus seats are second to none for comfort and even the door closure sounds nice! The UX is obviously a small car compared to the NX but strangely it doesn't feel that way - until you open the boot! Two bad things are definitely the none-auto folding side mirrors - (PM to Fourbanks on way) and the Lane Assist that makes the car feel 'wobbly'. I turn that off. One abysmal thing is why oh why have Lexus put run-flats on this car? Smooth tarmac (10% of most journeys) the car sounds great. The other 90% of my time in the car is on Leicestershire lovely tarmac and granite chip combo roads and the tyres sound like thunder! Car is only 10 months old but I fear that new tyres are the only way to relieve my ears!
  2. My previous two cars had this 'quirk' - one was an NX and that was a stretch to correct whilst driving!
  3. I've bought and am using this in my UX. 22 plate. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BRQ3RWFX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Absolutely flawless, connects my phone for everything I need but simple to return to Radio etc. I recommend it. Best thing is that 'Hey Google' is so receptive and it stops my car saying 'Pardon' constantly! She says it like I'd passed wind or something! I wish I could remove FM and AM options for radio though. Complete waste of time for my listening habits.
  4. But has anyone fitted one of the many 'modules' that are available to achieve this? Looks like rocket science to me.
  5. I have just acquired a Lexus UX and am very happy so far. I had a brief flirtation with a brand new Toyota C-HR and quickly learned my lesson. Expensive lesson too. My one gripe with the UX is the extremely loud tyre rumble that mainly emanates from the front of the vehicle. Depending on tarmac finish this can range from Rolls Royce quiet to old tractor noisy! Mine is currently sporting Bridgestone Run Flats and was first registered June 22 so about 10 months old. Has anyone with a similar age car ditched the Bridgestones and found an answer to my problem please?
  6. Thanks for this. I think I've decided to swap cars in September and remove the need to upgrade but thanks for taking the time to reply.
  7. Thanks Herbs. Cost isn't everything, I may just upgrade my car!
  8. Hi all. Before anyone complains that I should read past comments, I have! Highly confusing. My specific question is has anyone fitted a Android-auto conversion module to a 2016 NX300 please? Thanks for taking time to read this.
