The Satnav in my 2023 UX seems a bit basic as far as display goes. Its essentially a white screen showing roads etc and some small info panels, It seems a step bakward from the previous version I had which would show Motorway signs etc. I found WAze or Android supperior but would prefer a good Lexus version.

All was working well untill 14 days ago when a meesage pop on the car screen stating that Profile cannot be linked. I have tried to sort it but have got no where . If I accept the message I get taken to a password screen unfortunately only once in a while can I enter capitals. I will be caontacting the dealer.

Given the issues with Lexus Link+ app It would be good if LEXUS put an update on here

What is the purpose of the Lexus Lin+ app? It seems slow to respond to changes of state in the car (eg doors unlocked/locked) Does not provide a link to the sat nav. Shows where my 'phone is but not the car! I do need to have the phone with me when in the car otherwise I get a message to accept/decline services (not clear what). Most car related apps now show where the car is (handy at times). So what is the purpose of this poorly designed app?

I eventually get notifications -not timely as they can be a long time after the event. Alao the app does not show the position of the car but shows where I am with the phone. The key can be miles away as can the car!

The LEXUS Link + app seems to have faults that leave me unsure of its purpose. While on a recent holiday the app showed where I was and not where the key and car where (a two hour+ flight between us). I checked again when home and again I was show where I was (key with me this time). I would expect the app to show the cars position.

I did not renew with the Lexus insurers and got similar deal for £400

Thats what I paid last year. This year (with no claims) etc ; car on drive; they quoted me £1400. Only explanation is 'shrug' -its a new car - so have my others been!

Just had a quote from Aioi Nissay Dowa whom it seems have taken over from the previous Lexus / Toyota insurers. Car is a new UX F Sport Design -no claims- Quote is over £1400 - about double last years policy.

I then get the blue screen shown on a previous post. Recent issue resolved -I reinstalled the Lexus link app.

I still get the screen shown in the previous post if I do not carry my phone or (for some reason) Blue tooth is switched off. But now a new issue. I get the screens below. If I accept the first one the second screen pops up displaying my email address (I have blacked it out) and asking for the password. However the screen does not allow uppercase letters and as all my passwords have uppercase (inc Lexus) I cannot enter one. I have tried various combinations but to no avail, Any ideas?

I too use the voice command system (works really well). If I use the app to open the car doors then I find I have touch the starter button with the car key.

The local LEXUS dealer told me the system was not set correctly and wiped and re-registered. If I do not have my phone I still get the screen shown in a previous link and can accept or not. If I accept it just goes away if I decline it just goes away and there does not seem to be a service missing. Seems a bit odd to me. Does LEXUS monitor this site -perhaps an answer from them would be good?

Sounds like mine. I actually used to like the way the SatNav would display a picture of the motorway signs. The new version does not do that.
