  1. My ordered car already appeared on the Lexus Link, yay!
  2. Just to distract you a bit - I installed the Lexus link and filled the data in - like personal info and etc, however I cannot allocate/asign a vehicle to me. The order was done couple of days ago, I believe it is too early and I am impatient as hell, however when I asked the dealer if I had to do something else, he told me the company or the vehicle would be allocated to me based on the information I have submitted ( address, personal info). Is this correct? I browsed a bit the app and the only way to add a vehicle was to use either QR, VIN or reg plate. Any ideas? TIA
  3. Well, insurance group (+10) , size not so problematic, however you can feel the weight when steering in corners and the biggest let down for me - MPG/consumption. However the rumble of the V6 was amazing. At the end that are almost the same price ( RX450h Sport premium edition with the 8000 GBP dealers discount and the NX350h F sport with panroof). I hope this helps.
  4. Just ordered NX350h F sport Azure blue with red leather interior. Now it is the hard part. Patience is not a virtue of mine.
  5. Thank you all. Moving forums ,guys. Just ordered NX350h F sport Azure blue with red leather interior. Now we wait.
  6. This is not bad at all, especially for a petrol V6 and 2.2 tons weight.
  7. Oh, this is very encouraging. I am usually quite good with the consumption, however I am driving a diesel car. I guess I need to use a different approach here - as the above mentioned pulse & glide I guess.
  8. Thank you for your comments. https://www.greencarguide.co.uk/car-reviews-and-road-tests/lexus-rx450h-review/ Maybe the car journalist used the pulse and glide technique? Rgds Dimi
  9. Hi there. I just had a test drive of RX450h . I am amazed. I could not get above 30 MPG ,however the ride was great - stiff enough, yet nice and refined. The V6 rumble upon acceleration was different ( nicer) compared to 2.5 R4 engine they use in NX. Now I have to make the decision. Have a good weekend everyone.
  10. I am currently in the middle of squeezing the best possible deal and I was told the delivery times are approximately May - July , if ordered tomorrow, subject to change for sure. Have you recently ordered the last V6 powered RX?
  11. I am not here to argue, not at all. I just found some discrepancies in the information above.
  12. I hope so. And I asked this question on Lexus website and this is the answer I received really: https://mag.lexus.co.uk/where-are-lexus-cars-made/
  13. According to the Lexus website they are built in the Cambridge plant.
  14. Hopefully on Friday, as I have a day off. BTW, do you think there is a difference in the assembly plants as general quality in fit and finish or staff is kept equally trained everywhere?
  15. I am with MB for the last 6 years and 101 K ( B class) and I must say - there are premium and not so premium bits 🙂 Service costs are premium for sure ,lol.
  16. I thought Lexus are well made and no interior noises?
  17. Just the new NX, I hope I will secure a test drive this Friday. Exactly, the 2022 NX and the 2022 RX.
  18. How is yours? I am tempted to buy RX instead of the new NX.
  19. I was just playing with the online configurator and I found the trim level Sport premium edition quite tempting. One of the extras is wood and leather steering wheel. I have never had a car with this type of combination before. Is it comfortable and practical? How does it feel in cold or hot day? Long journeys? Sweaty palms of hands? Lol. TIA
