  1. It depends on your mileage. I've always found that Michelin tyres get more road miles than any other tyre, so although generally the more expensive, the pence per mile is the lowest. However if you do a low annual mileage, you can find that you are replacing tyres due to age rather than wear, and then Michelin tyres may be not so cost effective.
  2. I can only use BP fuels (company fuel card) and I try to use BP ultimate where possible, however the additional cost swings massively across fuel stations. It can swing from an additional 8p a litre, to an additional 20p+ a litre. Where as they are similar with regular E10, with super its more a case of what they can get away with!! I do have to pay the premium cost through my p11d so it is not free unfortunately.
  3. Is super a necessary requirement over regular premium E10?
  4. For sale now at Lexus Woodford. What's the story?
  5. Can't really tell from photographs but does the rear seat centre armrest have a small hatch through to the rear boot, or is it solid? Thanks.
  6. I usually find that wear is often covered up with dye solution. This initially looks great but wears away much faster than the original finish. This is probably why you have seen such quick wear in only 6 months.
  7. It's funny how people use their cars. I'm looking at a RCF as a daily so +10k a year. I just wouldn't consider one as a weekend car.
  8. I was keen on the GR Yaris 6 months before the first deliveries and it was a case of the local dealer saying to me that I was the first to enquire about it! In the end was too compromised as a daily for me. There are a lot for sale secondhand. Not sure of owners buying hoping to make a quick flip, or the initial fun has fizzled out... Certainly the market is good to buy a new car, with inflated px values, if you can actually buy a new car with sensible delivery times! The problem I have is that my interest in a RCF has been since the overall used car price increases, and I'm not sure whether the '15/'16 plate cars for sale are realistically priced or inflated due to the market, compared to say 6 months ago. My present `17 plate daily, a BMW M140i, is worth more today than over two years ago before the pandemic, with over twice the mileage.
  9. The valuations make sense around the £40k retail mark with approx £5k uplift, but those being retailed in the early to mid £30k come back with a £12k uplift!
  10. Most RCF's for sale in the £30k+ price band '15' 16 plate return a WBAC type valuation in the early £20k+ To me this indicates the retail prices are overpriced. With higher than normal WBAC type valuations, this is even stranger. I can understand say a +£5k for prep/warranty/profit, but isn't £10k taking the ***** somewhat? I'm sure if you come to trade in in the future the dealer won't want to pay more than a WBAC type valuation.
  11. That's black on black according to their Web site. Edit: black on red on AT, so looks like it, at £35k.
