Can anybody assist me with how I edit add more contacts to the Phone Favourites list.

Not on mine just a long beep and nothing happens.

1. Will try again on the door locks but yet to lock them via hand. 3. Hand Wash 4. Tried that just get a long audible sound and does not open. 7. My issue is when you have turned the car off and about to leave you open the door and it sounds a Alarm describing window open, will try the key fob but otherwise I have found I have to start the car again.

With regards to the Petrol Cap I am talking about a handwash by myself or other. As you wash the front of the Cap I have found that this opens it and you or should I say I do not always notice this has happened.

I mean touch Handle locking as per Honda.

Now done 3000 miles in my Lexus and feel now I have identified the issues I do not like or simply annoy me. Or I am operating the options wrong.🤫 1. Nice to have key free opening of doors why not locking as well. 2. Memory seats really miss this. 3. Petrol Cap fed up of finding it open following car washing. 4. Boot opening having to unlock the car first. 5. The Mouse pad for operating Navigation etc useless and a danger when driving. 6. Headlights not remaining on for a short time after parking giving me time to walk in the dark. 7. Short space of time for closing any accidentally left open windows having turned off engine. I've now put my tin hat on.🤣

Found that if I use my IPhone to increase the volume it will do but need to check it further not much use that way when driving.

checked phone set at about 75% will check it thanks.

I will take a look at the settings again but surely and I hope I can simply turn up the volume during a call.

I am aware that to increase the volume on my Audio I have 2 controls one on the steering wheel and the dial below the main screen and this works fine. When I receive a phone call sometimes I found the volume too low. I then attempt to increase this using the same controls as it states in the User Manual. I think it increases slightly but unlike the Audio which then shows a range of volume numbers to show the increase on Mobile it does not, any suggestions. NX 300H 2021 vehicle.

I also from my previous vehicle and my need to tow a Caravan a TomTom GO Caravan excellent bit of kit but only for routes when towing and again speed Cameras, £370 but far superior to Lexus Navigation system.

I find my Lexus Navigation system excellent for warnings regarding Speed Cameras. Not that I wish to intentionally speed.

My connect services shows location of my car and last Journey and my mileage thats about it. on a 2021 car. oh and past Trips.

I must be missing something Len do you support the use of Dashcams or not.😉

I have found that all devices stuck to glass have a tendency to fall off usually when it gets very hot from the sun, just stick it back on again.

On Purchasing my NX 300H I purchased the first 3 years service Plan for £1000. Not really good value at first but as above I expect prices will go up and so even out.

My thoughts exactly not going to beat myself up over it.

Visited my Dealership this morning as far as they are concerned they are scratches caused by either handbags or Cats. OK what should i do keep claiming from my Smart Insurance. They then used the attached to remove one scratch it removed or hid two of the three. Attached is a photo of one of the scratches which was polished out most are not that long.

Just to add to this the lad who came to carry out my repair on a personal note thought that the coating was a waste of money and over priced. lol

As part of my purchase deal for my September 2021 NX Premium Sport in Graphite Black the above ceramic coating was used. I am now finding numerous what I describe as hairline small scratches on the body work. Today under the Bodywork insurance a Body repairer visited and polished out scratches in two areas. At the same time we found a thrid scratch which again was polished out.When i later went to the vehicle the third area was showing again not one but three hairline scratches. I do appreciate black is excellent at showing any marks but I have two questions. 1. Should ceramic coating prevent minor scratches in most cases and 2. Having had a Polisher used on various areas would the coating require re applying. I am taking my car to the Dealership to show them although they suggest coating only prevents oxidisation.
