    The DAB on my radio is next to useless every 2 minutes where ever I seem to be it just looses signal. I only have a front Dash Cam fitted.

    Anybody watch this this week? either Lexus decided to kick themselves in the teeth or the programme was biased against them. Four hybrid cars put through their test. Volvo, Hyundai and Skoda and a Lexus RX. Only issue was the other three were 2023 models and the Lexus RX 2019. The Lexus was kicked out within seconds described as out dated and poor battery power. To be honest the Lexus looked scruffy. If Lexus supplied the vehicle they did their selves a disservice. If the programme did it was unfair.

    Just to provide update Dealer contacted me within 2 days had new Belt and fitted in 10 minutes, dont get that with other cars.😄

    Just something to check if it applies to you. A couple of weeks ago I for the first time had 3 Passengers in the back and the Roof fitted seat belt was used. Came to retract it after use and it would not. Been to Dealership who state it is faulty and have ordered a replacement. Perhaps if you have not yet used yours you might like to check.

    Probably doing something wrong I know we can set the Head lights to remain on when exiting the vehicle and there are 5 settings up to 30 seconds. My problem is my lights do not remain on at all even though I have tried to set it via My Lexus account any suggestions.

    I find it very good with once concern that another vehicle may think I am granting them to pull out from side junctions.

    Probably me but I find the Portal hard work and frustrating. First of all used the Diary on it to remind of when Tax due. I get the reminder via email but when I go to the link URL not valid. Then I booked a service on line again received a email confirming service date and time. One week later email from Lexus you need to book a service. Go onto the Portal which would allow me to book exactly the same time and date for the same service, nothing on there to confirm service already booked. Don't let me get into passwords use a password manager but around once a month wrong password change it again.😠

    Perhaps also your Dealer is not so pressed to complete the deal. My Dealer was informed I would be towing a Caravan with my NX300H and stated no problem did not bother to mention Ball maximum weight is around 65KG which restricts what I now can carry in front of Van and rear of car.

    Wonder if the Dealer charges for a option which it seems is already fitted to the vehicle. I find it strange why the Dealer decides If I wish to be able to close my windows with this option and I also have gone back to my Car to go through all this when I or another have by accident left a window open.

    I had one fitted at new by my Dealer to my NX300H no such delay as far as I was concerned.

    I have a 2021 NX 300H and tow a Caravan. It tows very well only issue is Ball weight is around 65KG. My Caravan is 1347KG.

    Should have know it would not be simple so the wireless charger only charges not connects.?

    Agree completely regarding Faff will be swapping my old Iphone next so wireless charge and connection without USB cables and then will use Apple more often.

    Thanks for that as expected SYNC CONTACTS do you know where that is as I have never seen it and it appears the manual does not tell me either.
