  1. Good to hear, thanks @Jgtcracer. I will investigate a little more - I am just slightly concerned it will scrape on underground car parks and keen to avoid that
  2. Thanks Marcus, good to know - did you do both front and rear? Any issues with underground car parks and road humps etc?
  3. @BillNick Many thanks for the advice. I'd already ordered red stuff direct from EBC (arrived very quickly) and had a local garage fit them so all good. Decent saving over OEM. Not used the car really since and currently travelling so absolutely no idea if they are any good or not. Not worried as the consensus is that they are a good road pad. In other news, just hit the 4yr mark, fresh service with Lexus and MOT. Now, tempted to look at lowering springs....if only to bring the front down a little as I think the back looks fine
  4. Just ordered the red. Many thanks for the fitting advice but think I will leave this job to a professional 🙂 I can use some of the money I have saved over OEM ha!
  5. Many thanks Billy, will look these up. Sounds like a better option as I have found the OEM to be quite dusty anwyay. No trackdays so will look at red. Happy new year!
  6. Thread resurrection time...for a facelift RCF (although understand the brake setup is same as pre) - are people still recommending red or yellow stuff brake pads over OEM. Do these work with the wear sensor? Not urgent but was mentioned at recent service (front pads only) so thought I would be prepared. OEM is around 440 GBP plus fitting
  7. Very tempting but timing not right....assume these would fit a facelift car?
  8. 2019 Lexus RCF here and I suspect the same system - from what I can tell, functionality is fairly limited.
  9. Hi Bill, Thanks! As far as I am aware it is standard. I am 10,000 miles in just over a year (just ticked over 23k)- lots of fuel but lots of fun too.
  10. He she is in the French Alps. Lots of positive attention. For those interested, I invested in winter/all-season tyres - Vredestein Quadrac Pro - Y rated and exact same size as the P4S i use outside the winter. Wet weather/cold performance much improved particularly for wet motorway/standing water. I have also just upgraded to the Haywood & Scott exhaust - still getting used to it but overall pleased.
  11. They are easy to contact if not the quickest - I emailed them to ensure I got the right unit before ordering. Fitting cost me 120
  12. Only been using for a couple of days but seems to work quite well. Mine is set to Aux and generally seems to go direct to carplay - happy to make a video in PM if you like? It is also a wireless setup. What audio settings on the carplay unit did you use btw?
  13. A polish and ceramic coating is on the list for Jan. Yours looks top!
  14. Just to update this topic, I now have carplay! Ended up getting the unit from this place and they recommended a fitter who came to me https://www.iceboxauto.com/lexus-rc-series-2015-19-wireless-apple-carplay-wired-android-auto-siri-rear-camera?utm_source=LexusOwnersClubUK&utm_medium=ForumLinks
