  1. Open My Lexus on an internet browser, log in, then go to the e-store section, then to the bought items section
  2. Exactly what i wrote. Same brand and same model of tyre on each axle. And all wheels with the technical indexes prescribed by the car manufacturer.
  3. According to my tyre dealer there are no problems as long as on each axel there is a pair of identical (same brand and same model) tyres. IE (only for example): on the front axel a pair of Hankooks and on the rear axel a pair of Pirellis.
  4. Hi, could you share your experience? Some details on the work. Thank you
  5. Here is some info on how What3words helps in emergency situations. If the rescue team does not use What3words they can convert the "three words" into GPS coordinates utilizing a batch converter, the link is below. How do I use what3words in an emergency? 1. Find the 3 word address for your current location on the free what3words app for iOS and Android. ... 2. Share your 3 word address over the phone to the call handler. 3. The emergency service can then coordinate a response directly to the exact location where help is needed. https://what3words.com/products/batch-converter https://what3words.com/news/emergency/three-words-for-a-faster-emergency-response In the app you can also set so that coordinates will be sent togheter with the three words: You can also open the menu and tap 'Settings', then 'Share Settings'. Select Latitude & Longitude, and the format you need (decimals, degrees, mins & secs etc.). Now, whenever you share a what3words address, the Latitude and Longitude will be included.
  6. In this cases the W3W location is received by the rescue team as GPS coordinates.
  7. You can use GPS coordinates for this. Can also make and send a full itinerary to whoever needs to find you.
  8. What Three Words, in my humble opinion it's ridiculous. Don't find any logic behind it.
  9. Absolutely normal. When braking at first is the regenerative mechanism that slows down the UX, hydraulic braking kicks in when you press with more decision the brake pedal. If you want to feel the hydraulic brakes you should shift gear in N (neutral) then press the brake pedal, in this case you will use hydraulic braking 100%.
  10. With adaptive cruise control, if a car in front slows down or is slower i adjust the cruise speed by decreasing by 5 step intervals down to about ten units faster than the car in front, when the car gets out of the way or i overtake it i then increase the cruise speed by 5 step intervals up to my desired speed. This way i avoid the sudden acceleration, and don't waste extra fuel.
  11. Actually the UX has two electric engines: one electric engine for traction and an electric motogenerator for recharging the batteries during coasting and braking.
  12. Like: overall build quality Like: track pad (dislike touchscreens) Like: no auto fold mirrors, this way i decide when i need them folded Dislike: low quality plastic door cards
  13. Thank you for the replies. We will be carrying the keys, one each, just to have a spare one with us. Will never leave one in the car.
  14. Good morning, will having both keys of the UX in the car while travelling cause some trouble? Planning a trip and will be carrying both keys of the car with us at the same time, can this be a problem? Thank you
  15. Thank you. You've had the same noise on your UX? The dealer will lubricate the mechanism?
  16. Good afternoon, bought my UX at the end of december 2021, two years used vehicle with 12000 km. It has always made a sort of squeaking noise from the parking brake, when i shift into P. Is this normal? Others have noise from the parking brake? Thank you.
  17. Thank You. I bought the space saver wheel & tyre for the Toyota CH-R, it has the same specs as the one for the UX as written in the manuals. I fitted it on top of the tools, it sits there perfectly. The trunk does not modify, remains exactly the same as without the spare tyre.
  18. Good morning, does anybody own or has ordered a UX with a spare tyre? Or managed to order a spare tyre and fitted it in the trunk, where usually sits the repair kit? Thanks
  19. I believe it is a mistake. UX does not have sequential turn lights. Leave them to VW-Audi and clones!
  20. Hello, it could be the fan of the cooling system of the hybrid system batteries. It's located on the right corner of the back seat, you see a grill, behind it is the filter and the fan of this cooling system.
