Just fitted my control unit to my car, before actually drilling the bumper thought I better check if they were working - guess what - there not. I have the postive connected to the brake light feed (postive) and the negative to the negative source going into the clustor - Why is it not working??? Any suggestions? maybe my wiring is wrong?

Sister lives in Hong Kong, she's just arrived back today for a holiday. Gear out there is miles cheaper - she picked up the JDM dash tray for £25 in one of the shops - the sensors are colour coded (platinum ice) already!!! :D :D :D

Afternoon chaps - 1st post here!!t Had my nice new IS200 SE Auto for a while now and want to fit some rear parking sensors (in fact they are on their way from Hong Kong at the moment). Quad sensors - recessed type. My vehicle is now 9 months old, would fitting these invalidate my warrenty with Lexus. There will be no fiddling with the electrics as it simply clips to reverse light feed. Obvioulsy the rear bumper will have new holes in them :P . Has anybody had any discussions with Lexus about this - I aint paying £400 for 2no. black sensors, when I can fit 4 colour coded for £30!!! Any advice is appreciated. Cheers :D :D
