Depends on the age of the car as well, if its a 30k after 2 year or a 30k after 3 years - the coolant needs changing at 3 years and not simply at 30k which ever is nearer....... I paid £155 at Lexus Woodford for the 30k Service (2 year)

But did you actually know that the Water Companies collect something stupid like 5% of the Rainfall, and they actually waste more than what is used - doesn't give you much confidence does it! And the scary thing is the Hosepipe Ban is so inconsistant - I can't use the hosepipe to clean my car but I can to clean a motorcycle or bicycle. Likewise I can't use the hosepipe to water my grass or flowers but can use it it clean my drive & patio. :duh:

Well I eventually made the trip to Watford today to see Mr Bones himself, should have gone earlier really as only 25 miles away, but kept putting it off as I new the fronts needed replacing, and wanted to get both Geo and tyres done at the same time. Tony kindly talked me through every step of the way - Tony you really know your stuff and are to be commended for your attitude towards Geometry and the customer. I must say I wasn't expecting to drive away feeling any difference (even though I knew I had issues with the set-up) but it's surprising the difference it has made, corners perfectly and grips the road like never before. To all those who haven't been, and i'm sure there still are thousands - GO NOW! On a side note, I agreed a price for tyres (Goodyear GSD F1's) with Tony / STS, and they undercut Blackcircles for me - turned up and 10 minutes into the Geo and the STS manager (?) reduces the cost by another £10 per tyre - Now thats service!!!! Funnily enough I saw the concept version LF-SH (exactly the same) on Men & Motors this afternoon - it is a truely stunning car. The S-Class doesn't even come close.

Well basically i bought a double extension off eBay, cut the end off an attached an 12v in-line fuse. I then took the centre console off and disconnected the cigarette lighter - scotch locked the live feed to the Pink (live) feed on the lighter and used a self tapper to earth it to the body. Thats is basically - took less that 10 minutes. (putting the console back took longer)

Well I finally received my last item so can show you the pics of my Ipod install. Basically I have hard wired into the Cigarette lighter, installed a double extension under the dash (with an additional in-line fuse 12v for complete safety), this means I can also install a speed camera detector soon, and again have no wires visable. The prolex aux-in works a treat (thanks Dave), and is a very tidy install. OK you loose a cup holder :) but is easily accessible.
