i think because unlike other cars from rival companies that get spied and pictures are shown slowly slowly sometimes before the company wants to show the model. lexus though only released pics today so all the hype of wot will it look like etc build up into thinking it will be amazing (not sayin it is or isnt) but ppl jus think it looks "bland" etc also also seeing pics of the concepts that looked totally amazing didnt help, also the new GS looks amazing and think definate improvement over current model think maybe if the new IS wasnt hyped up so much from photshop models, rumours etc then maybe some ppl would give it a better first reaction then again could be wrong

picked up my weekly autocar mag today and a guy wrote in asking if he could sell his new RX400h for a premium as he is having 1 of first 10 officially in country and the autocar writer said try advertising it on lexusownersclub.co.uk and on opposite page talkin about lexus's used value saying its quite good if i remember correctly also showed new IS250 so i saw it at 8am

yeah how much ??? not too sure about it yet,have to see it up close interior looks good and hopefully it will be white/blue dash/instrument lights not orange wanna know the bhp/torque performance figures for IS250 and IS350

yesterday was talkin about goin back to vegas for new yrs this yr, think its gonna happen!250000 ppl along the strip= crazy fun went florida for 11 days then flew to vegas for 6 days straight after last june and it was amazing!first time i went stayed in Mirage and views from pool side were class :D :D went to rum jungles and Ra's and Rain,Opium (which is in Ceasers palace mall)and the club in Venetian all top class clubs nothin over here comes close to them, pulled some fit air hostesses in Rum Jungle, other girls we pulled were stayin in Mirage, which incidently has the fastest lifts i ever been in!!!! aido i took £3k all together but after florida i had £1.5k left, spent $250 in rum jungle on 1st nite then lost $550 on blackjack next morning so cash flow was ***** until i played wheel of fortune with $20 and won a just under grand, then next day i went on $25 roulette and played $25 on black 29 and $25 on each of black 29's corners, it came in then repetitiond haha so i was off. next day i put $10 in machine $3 a spin and on 2nd spin it spun me $1000!!! the alarm went off and women came and paid me in $100 bills haha class spent $2k in Versace the next day to add to my collection by end of it i spent $5.5k and came back with $1000 which i keep upstairs til next time P.S went to Cheetes strip club and it wasnt all that so kinda lost faith after that and never went, anyways no need to pay there was enough women staying in hotel and in clubs to keep me happy oh and somethin to do aido 1- check mandalay bay out as there mite be Ultimat Fighting Tournaments on- u gotta go see that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 the championship was on day i was leaving,me and boys considered stayin extra day to go watch it 2- go find the HUGE ARCADE somewhere around MGM think its before MGM amazing place 3- go to some hotels and find a cleaner, give her $25 for her spare key so u can go the hotels pool and check out the women, best hotel to do this is in Hard Rock Hotel, women there are fit!!

too be fair that silver one looks very nice, and seems the engines will have decent power aswell but we cant really believe wot we read until lexus officially unveil the IS in Geneva!!!!!!! tell ya'll somethin though lexus must be the best company at keepin its new line up under wraps,not even dealers know much

yeah i know wot you mean mate, not bothered anyways, had loads of ppl saying its just a toyota but i never took any notice, mite be a nissan but its a gorgeous looking nissan with big engine and class handling and performance so na na and it beats TT's 330Ci's S2000's and i know a lot of the birmingham lads have them cars so come may day its game on with them

u lot nearly gave me an rx 8 chris as courtesy car wen my car came in for service in september........but girl said couldnt have it because it was dirty would never consider a rx8 over a 350z anyways

bazza im selling the lex private and gettin a 04 350z with 4000miles on it in black olaism-get the 350z and keep the RX for family trips good move i think

i know a few importers that have the G35, i'll try find the web address the nissan sales manager said they planning to bring over infiniti in couple yrs i think

scarface-they are called fairlady in japan i think so a 350z badged fairlady over here is an import i think as for G35, yes very nice car and back seats aswell, nissan dealer said infiniti will be here in couple of yrs time at least as for RX8--they are nice but personaly i wouldnt buy one plus they use hell lot of oil and they quite common anyways the amount of stares and smiles from other ppl when i was at lights and the look of the geezer in the golf V6 wen i blasted past him and seen thhrough my rearview mirror was priceless i love attention, im a show off the nissan is the car to keep that part of me happy and still very good performance and dnt think price is bad either P.S if anyone wants or knows anyone that wants an 52plate IS 200SE navigator blue with cream interior send em my way, looking for around £13500 or very nearest offer

not knocking you mate - but that seems an awful short test drive to base a purchase decision on (I know you've wanted one for a while :) ). When I bought the IS - I had the car unaccompanied for a day. When I bought the GS - I was given a GS3 sport for the weekend. seems strange to drop that sort of money on (what sounds like) less than an hour driving the car. ← was over hour and a half actually matt.dealer was top bloke though and said any time i get chance to go back and take it out again i know what your saying though, only thing i didnt do was take any speed bumps in it to see how it wwent over them but it was too busy to get to any around telfrod and the motorway blasts were calling me, appreciate you oppinion though fidgits- a zx mullered the 350z but this is NA engine, sure if you fitted a supercharger or turbo it would be a fairer contest and yes the 350z is heavy but i dont mind. could always do some weight reduction for me personaly im jumpin from a 4door 153bhp 2litre straight six into a 2 door 2 seater 276bhp NA 3.5 V6 suits me just fine,plus it eats TT's and 330Ci's with 0-60 in less than 6secs and 0-100mph in 14.2...... already got dad saying i shouldnt get it coz its too powerful, "no its not dad.......... " appreciate your oppinions though guys mind is made up though just about just gotta get rid of Lex now

one word WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was a ***** day and was raining quite heavy but i was ok wen i got in the car which was kuro black GT by the way first thing that strikes me is how big the car is inside compared to my lexus aswell. seats are snug but interior seems quite big and bulky but i liked that. loved the speedo cluster and how the indicators built in to the frame anyways on with the drive........................started off, 1st gear was bit funny to me as it sounded like i was giving it more than i was and clutch was sensitive so it was bit jerky to pull off . pulled off and jus getting feel for car entered dual carriageway and booted it off slip road and entered 2nd lane heading towards wolverhampton junction. was jus cruising along and ppl was shifting to the other lane for me to pass, dan said give it some so dropped into 3rd and floored it, speed went up real quick, what a adrenaline rush, think the guy in golf V6 ***** himself as he pulled over real quick and before i booted it the golf was far off................. came off at wolves roundabout and headed towards stafford on carriageway then turned to go through A5back to telford..............fun was about to start, slightly twisty but traffic, im cruising along happily chatting with dealer and he says give it some wen i want, goin up a long straight hill last road cleared and dropped into 3rd and overtook changed to 4th at 5k revs and hit 5k revs in 4th.............felt f*&!ing awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! took it through some twisties but cars in front and no other overtaking oppurtunities and still raining.................then back onto M54 to telford bit more town driving and went back to showroom. didnt wanna get out........... so impressed 95%with car only thing that disappointed me was <a href="http://www.serverlogic3.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=11&k=door%20handles" onmouseover="window.status='door handles'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">door handles</a> as felt very cheap and too plasticky and fact that no electric seat height adjustment other than that amazing car, solid feel to it, heavy steering and handles very good for big car IMO final verdict ------GOTTA GET ONE GONNA GET ONE

steve might be getting hold of some 42" plasma tv's (samsung this month or next) be a lot cheaper than in shops as they are £2k+ more like £600-750 ish not sure yet,havent had final price. when list comes through and i know wot i can get i'll be gettin quite a few things including recordable dvd players etc (all samsung) although dnt get guarantee like you would from say curry's all come with manufacturers warranty. i'll post when i get them

one of my cousins need to go there!! instead he is mite be being shipped off to boot camp in USA for couple months at cost of £6k per month!!

think it is gonna be unveiled at geneva in march mate as for shape and engines there are guesses but think only person that knows is supra charged and he aint saying, believe me think everyone has tried to get info from matt but no luck just have to wait another month or so
