  1. Thanks for your help but the only adjustable options that I see under SOUND are: Automatic sound leveliser (on/off) System volume (sliding bar)) Navigation volume (sliding Bar) Navigation during calls (on/off) Adaptive volume control (on/off) Driving assistance volume (sliding bar) Surround sound (on/off)
  2. I have a 2022 NX350h with the 14 inch multimedia system. Is there a way to make Bass, treble and mid-range adjustments and to adjust level of sound from rear to front or left to right speakers. Any advise would be much appreciated.
  3. I've owned my NX350h for 15 months from new, done 7500 miles and weigh approx. 85 kgs. As you can see from the attached photo, not a mark. In my opinion you definitely have a faulty seat covering.
  4. Just the same for me yesterday, occurred every time I started the car. Seem to be spending more time with this car messing about with messages on the multimedia system than actually watching where I'm going. It's one hell of a distraction.
  5. Are the connected services in 2022 NX350h reliant on 3G technology?
  6. I have had my NX 350h for 3 months now but intermittently it keeps telling me to check the rear seat, I look round and the only thing near it is the centre armrest folded down, not even touching the seat. Technology gone mad !!!
  7. Thanks for all those pointers. I will investigate further. Failing that I guess it's the dealer.
  8. Has anybody experienced this: HUD intermittently dims to the point where it's almost impossible to see. I have tried many things via the settings option: Turn off completely and back on again (sometimes works) Adjusted brightness to max. (no effect) Re-started car (sometimes works) It's currently occurring about 1 in 10 times that I start the car. I wondered if sunlight could have an effect on the display. Just thought I would post this to see if anybody has got any ideas before I start the process of contacting the dealer. As you know faults have a habit of magically disappearing when to attempt to show your dealer the problem.
  9. The ICE definitely ran, partly on the batteries alone but for the majority of the time on ICE, I put this down to a completely cold engine, which would probably be the norm. Throughout this all the doors stayed locked and cuts out when vehicle unlocked.
  10. On the NX350h, you can turn on (as per the diagram) any or all of the following via the app: Heated rear window Front window demister Driver and/or Passenger heated seats Steering wheel Not sure if it cools/heats the cabin itself as I did not wait long enough to find out, but as the ICE is intermittently running, I guess it will.
  11. Took delivery of NX350h Premium Plus pack 2 weeks ago. Thought I would try remote heating of interior via the Lexus link app. I did however only attempt to heat the steering wheel and to my surprise it worked. Car stays locked throughout the process, ICE starts and stops as required.
  12. Collected last Friday. Very impressed so far. Seem to have got to grips with most of the technology, beautiful large screen, no more track pad.
  13. It has eventually arrived at Lexus Swindon, collecting it this coming Thursday. NX350h Premium pack plus, Sonic Titanium with Dark Rose interior. Ordered 21st November 2021. Can't wait to get my hands on it.
  14. The very same scenario, ordered 21st November 2021, NX350h Premium pack plus. Notified today that it''s built and just left the factory. Dealer informed me mid to late November.
  15. Remembering my Dad's Hillman Minx and the job of mine as passenger was to strike the panel between the front and rear window to get the stuck trafficator (if that's how you spell it) to pop out as he signalled to turn left. He also had to do the same on the drivers side. And what about the button on the floor to dip the headlights. Good old days.
  16. No delivery date as yet Simon. As others within this forum have suggested previously, it can take anything up to 8 weeks. I'll keep the forum posted as to progress if anything dramatically changes.
  17. An update for those who are still patiently waiting for delivery news on their NX350h. Just had an update via Lexus Link to say they have AT LAST started to build it. Ordered Premium Pack Plus in Sonic Titanium with Dark Rose interior on 23rd November 2021.
  18. Just to add to the many frustrated customers, I thought it may help those who have ordered same model/spec/colour to get some idea of delivery. I ordered my NX350h, Premium Pack Plus in Sonic Titanium with Dark Rose interior on 23rd November 2021. Originally told February/March 2022, then informed June/July and now being told not before September 2022. Still just showing ‘Order in progress’ on the Lexus link app. What’s bugging me is that come September 1st under my PCP agreement I will need to service and MOT the vehicle at my cost literally days before hopefully handing the vehicle back, something I wouldn’t have done had It been delivered as hoped.
  19. Reference: Rear heated seats/sequential indicators. I ordered my NX350h Premium Plus Pack 15th November. Was told 2 weeks ago by my dealer (Lexus Swindon) that they are no longer including the heated rear seats with that particular pack, they made no mention of the sequential indicators. I have since driven the NX350h Takumi version that arrived at my dealership early February, it did have heated rear seats, which I was expecting but did not have sequential indicators. My NX350h is due late May/June, I just wonder what else they might have excluded by then. Probably punishment for ordering prior to the latest price increases (just a thought).
  20. Not exactly sure, I was told I can expect mine to be delivered May/June and that it would not have heated rear seats.
  21. Ordered my NX350h, Premium Plus Pack last November. Was told this weekend by my dealer (Lexus Swindon) that they are no longer including the heated rear seats with that particular option.
  22. I have one fitted. I think it is expensive and don't think it is deep enough to do the job that it is intended for.
  23. Thanks for that 'sudds9625'. Very helpful. As the note suggested, I tested the beam pattern against a wall and low and behold, it does appear to be flat.
  24. I will driving in France shortly and having previously owned a RX450h am wondering if the same situation regarding headlight beam adjustment applies to the NX300h (2019 model). I have seen a response from Lexus Customer relations dated September 2013 stating the following: "I can confirm that the HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlamps on the RX 450h do not need to be converted for travel on the continent. The set up of the headlamp is such that the light shines in a horizontal flat beam which has no kick up and as such is not dazzling to drivers of oncoming cars. We would recommend that the Intelligent Adaptive Front-lighting system (I-AFS) is switched off when travelling on the continent". The adaptive front lighting system is not fitted on the NX but not sure if the type of headlamp is the same. Any advice would be much appreciated.
