  1. Well I have winters put on my F-sport wheels every winter since having it 2 years ago & after having other rear wheel drive cars in the winter would not be without them. We do not get many days of bad snow & ice but we do get many days where the temperature is low enough to justify the. This is a link to my clip of driving straight down my drive & back up in deep snow to allow a visitor tracks to drive in Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  2. Have you got them set up with tpms sensors as a second set? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  3. Yes did also make use of the snowflake button, think it just reduced throttle sensitivity, but it all helps, have always switched to winter tyres when I started driving rear wheel drive saloons again. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  4. First chance I have had to properly try out my 390H Fsport in deep snow & I have been surprised to find it performed flawlessly. Was expecting to have to dig out my drive but decided to give it a go & it was fine, just noisy as the snow was being compacted. Worked well even on a slope, makes a big difference & is still a good benifit in sub 7 degree temperatures. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  5. So paint quality is all about hardness is it?! There's nothing wrong with the quality of the paint, in fact the paint is probably some of the highest quality paint you can get at the moment. Different manufacturers use different paint hardness, Lexus typically use soft - so do manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Ferrari and some Porsche models. Since lead has been removed from paint, its been softened significantly but as I say, nothing to do with the quality, just a feature. Any car will get stone chips - its stupid to think it won't, additionally if the car is low, itll get many more! I still see BMWs with huge chunks of road rash on the front with only 10k miles on them. All depends on the roads you drive on, how close you are to the car in front etc Think about it - a rock travelling at 10mph hitting a car going at 30mph - its going to chip, no ifs and certainly no buts! Hi its nothing to do with the loss of lead! It is since all paints are now water based & not cellulose based, solvent based to you. All car paints are now water based & it is that alone that has caused all cars to be affected by stone chipping. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

  11. I think he meant fuel consumption would increaseStill on 32mpg here. My RX does the same atm That was what I said, fuel consumption increase in the winter ( this means get less miles per gallon) I was getting 40 -50 mpg in November last year.Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  12. Well I thought my fuel consumption would increase a good bit now the weather is colder. But I am still seeing an average of 36.5mpg which I think is good, what does anyone else get in their 300h? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  13. Me too, gave it a further full turn & clipped gater back upto my knob, & it's all back to how it should be! Top tip. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  14. I too have noticed that the gear stick has started twisting, but on trying to tighten it how did you get the gater to release? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
