If it's the same proceedure you need to use the individual window control buttons for each window, press and hold the down button and keep it pressed down for 5 seconds after the window has gone fully down. Now press and hold the up button and continue to hold for five seconds after the window is fully closed. Repeat for all windows and this should sort the problem.
Remember use the individual buttons to do this not the master panel except for the driver's window of course.
