4RX Recall - Tailgate

Hey guys,

For those of you with a 4RX - there's a recall/TSB regarding the rear tailgate ECU. I dont know which Model Years it affects but I would presume all.

Mine has just been done (without even being asked or told about) whilst car was in for 20k Service and its showing up on MyLexus now.

And of course filled to the brim with fuel (I thought my range had gone up!)

Yes, I had mine done when the car was serviced. No issues to report after the upgrade - everything works as expected.

Mine had nothing wrong with it and works as it did before.

They also quoted me for 2 new front tyres - worn at 16k miles!

£250 each or something daft like that (although they did say "we'll price match anyone" 

Fitting price was £10+VAT per tyre if sourcing my own
