Fuel filler flap

Hi all, working around a few of the cosmetic issues with my Altezza and the worst is the fuel filler cap has broken at the hinge pin. The car I brought for spares isnt much better the hinge pin is bent and the hinge almost broken. I am assuming this is a very common problem with the early cars. Is there a proper fix for this? failing that is a replacement flap for Toyota resonably priced and do they come unpainted?

Any advice greatly received I can the the only one to have suffered this issue?
