Ls430 18" wheel

My alloys were shabby so I opted to buy a set of 4 aftermarket new wheels. (Should've bought 5) and then, later on, decided to buy the 5th for a spare - no they're discontinued. I've tried everywhere and I'm reliably informed  there are none here or in europe! I thought I'd got lucky when I found one on eBay and bought it, had the tyre fitted and have now realised the offset is wrong being 50 instead of 35 which I need. If I get a puncture on the rear - no problem as the calipers are smaller on the back. However, if I get a puncture on the front I will have to remove the rear wheel, put the spare on the back then remove the front wheel and put the rear tyre on the front - "That'll larn ya" my dad would have said 🙄. Anyway, if I can get an original as in picture 1, (even if it's a bit scruffy) I can use it as a spare. So, if anyone has an 18" LS430 wheel kicking around they want to sell, PLEASE p.m me.
