Just a heads-up in that you may find the Lexus app in the car saying your password is incorrect
I revived this message this morning and for some reason when going online to the portal it now says the password must be 10 digits. I don't remember it being 10, but they may have now changed that, today, as another person in the dealers this morning also brought the topic up. 
i have changed the password and all is now good

Having said that, it still from time to time says the password is in correct. I no longer use the Lexus connect as it's nothing special
