Used 18” alloy with tyre for 2002 SC430 Wanted

Having just bought my car which has almost new Dunlop SPs Runflats ( 🙄 unfortunately - otherwise I’d have replaced with some normal tyres if they were sufficiently worn) I am about to refurbish the alloys myself - which are not too bad apart from one. 
 

However, having no spare means that I can’t use the car while I do each of the wheels individually so I would like to buy another wheel to fit while I refurbish them one at a time. 

I am flexible in my options and can either use any other style of cheap wheel and tyre that fits or a space saver type (for future use when I eventually replace the run flats), or my preferred option which is for an identical wheel ( see photo showing one with and one without pie plate cover)  with usable tyre of any type. 

I will be happy to consider any suitable wheel and tyre depending on price and condition if anyone has anything to offer me please?

Just to confirm that I have now bought an SC430 original one through eBay (needs very slight refurb)
