Second Key

Hi all,

I have just been to my dealership to install a software update (recall XGG95) for the front facing camera.  All went well but as I was there i asked about the delivery of my second key.  The car was delivered on 8 Feb 23 so I was expecting the additional key to be available by now.  Sadly not, the service team advised that it will be two more months before i can expect it.  Are others getting the same message?

I collected mine at the weekend ex dealer demo registered Jan 31, and only one proper key and a blade. I wasn’t given an eta on the 2nd one but they said possibly June maybe July.

Also no locking wheel bolts, also on back order. No remote parking or send to car nav from app, no idea when that’s coming, though options are there in the car. 
 

Book pack/Manual in the car is for the RX4 version too…..  Less than ideal.

I had a phone call today about my 2nd key. Bit of a farce as Stoneacre wanted to book me for the key programming, then rang me back to say they couldn’t as they didn’t know where the key was going to be sent or when. I’m assuming it is on its way. Now if they can just sort all the other things out……
