2010 RX450h Navigation/Screen module failure

Hi everyone, I`m new to the forum but i have an issue with my RX450h. After jump starting the car the climate controls, radio and display are not working. It has now been looked at by lexus along with sending a technical case to lexus technical diagnosed the issue as the navigation display module. Part No. 86431-48042. The part inc VAT is 10K! (plus fitting and diag) they are though really helpful and provided the part number and have said if i can source a replacement then they will fit/program. I am though unable to source a replacement.

I`m looking to the forum bods to hopefully find either someone who has a replacement unit of this number or knows of anyone who repairs them

Hi and welcome to the forum Russell and sorry to hear of your woes.

Other than trying to source the required part second hand which you have obviously tried, I'm out of suggestions.

Hopefully someone here with more knowledge will be along shortly to help out.

Out of interest, how did you jump start the RX, did you following the handbook instructions?

Keep us updated regarding progress, wishing you all the very best in getting this issue sorted out.
