eStore won't load

Hi All

I have a Lexus NX300h 2019 and installed all the latest software.

Audio: 1457

Navigation: 1560

navdb_version 2023 v1

eStore version 1.27.7

However, when I run it, nothing happens. Is there a fix? Is eStore still open?

Does the car have an active internet connection?

Interesting.

I have a feeling that the estore on my RX has not been working either.  I'll check and revert.

I have seen no announcement about the estore being closed, but then again there was no announcement about Radly internet radio stopping working either, and that hasn't worked for me for 18 months.

Yes, there is definitely an issue. It is not a big deal, but sad. I need to see and download some other applications like Weather; I installed Coyote 2 years ago.

This has been posted before. A member queried it with lexus and here is reply:

The e-Store application within your multimedia system is currently inactive as it has not been launched within our multimedia systems.

This is currently being looked into with our developers who are investigating this particular matter with the e-Store.

We are not aware of any timeframe of when it will be launched however as soon as it has been launched, we will aim to contact you with any updates.

Thank you for contacting Lexus (GB).

It never worked on my previous NX.
