After waiting for a year, my new NX was delivered with the wrong interior.  I ordered a white interior but was given black.

I sold my own car yesterday (privately) so have taken the wrong spec. car.

Has anyone had any similar experiences with Lexus?

In the 17 years I’ve been a LOC member I haven’t heard of any other cases.

What did you say on collection?
What did the dealer say?
 

If it was the wrong colour floor mats that’s easy to rectify but the complete interior!!!
