Just received my second key recall. It suggests I call my Lexus centre to order the key. They also supplied a Lexus Directory.

it has my dealer on it. You are welcome to try the number they publish. It just leads to a telephone test. What hope do we have if Lexus UK are publishing incorrect information in their own Directory?

For a long time in the Lexus sat nav, Lexus Edgware Road took you to the Toyota dealer about a mile down the road.
