Throttle issue

Hey everyone. I bought a used 2002 is200 with 270 000km back in July 2023. I have had a lot of issues with it ever since i bought it and have been coming here looking for answers. This one, however has got me quite stumped. Suddenly when driving, the car seemed less responsive to throttle inputs, especially when flooring, and could barely drive up hill, it felt similar to running out of gas. I have previously fixed a misfire by changing the coil packs (after market), and am also getting P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank #1), this code is likely due to liquid fuel passing through the catalytic converter. But could a clogged cat cause this kind of problem?

I have tried cleaning the vvt-i solenoid and filter, but after that it got worse, and the car ended up completely dying after showing P1349 VVT System Malfunction (Bank 1).  And does anybody know if the orientation of the solenoid matter?

What could be the issue here?
