Ordered my LBX at the end of November. Was promised delivery end march, recently told it would be delayed a couple of weeks, I don’t believe any of this, the Lexus app says it hasn’t been built yet, not even started! SO is the app useless (it’s bombed 3 times I had to re load it 3times) or is the dealer right or the other way round? Or are both useless?. The information from Lexus is useless or non existent. They will have a schedule and an approximate build date, why is it a secret? For a large corporation to behave in this manner is just not good enough, I only hope their car building is better than their information skills. There seems to be no way to get any dates.
