Does anyone know if there is a CATLOC, or similar device, available through dealers for the LEXUS ES300h?

If so, does anyone know the part number?

I did enquire about this and was told that it was not needed on the ES300 as cay theft was not a issue (I have since found out that they just take the whole car), but can you trust a salesperson?
