Putting a hairdryer on the lens will clear the mist but will not stop this from happening again, the only sure way is to remove the light unit and for cracks etc.... and if possible reseal again

My 1998 GS300 has quite alot of condensation inside the glass of the front light clusters. any advice on clearing this?

I had the same thing on the Passenger side headlight and Main Beam light. Luckily I got them replaced under warranty as it means the seal has gone.
