Help

The break pad indicator comes on when i break, and go's off.

Checked the pads, all as new, what is the principal of operation of the device that is connected to the Break Pad, as there's no direct electrical connection.

Can any body HELP out there.

its norm a connection to earth, for the pads  OR your brake  fluid level is low, prob the pads are low, brake and the contact is made putting the light on

I had this problem recently i.e. the brake dashboard light staying on and although it is not mentioned in the drivers manual my problem was a dodgy stop light bulb and a new bulb solved the problem. My vehicle is a a MK IV LS400

I still suspect the pad wear indicators.........have a good look along the wires, is the plug on top of the hub secure. any break will put the light on. :unsure:
