60k Service

Anyone out there advise of their experience and what is included and/or required for the 60k service for a Mk1 RX300SE.

I suspect they will be suggesting new discs and pads for the front and also possibly for the back too. Any advice on typical costs for this too?

I have only had one quote from Milton Keynes for ......................................................................... wait for it..............................................................................................................£680 !!! :duh: Hoping that by ringing round I can get that down a bit!!

Yes - all done and dusted and now ready for another year of hopefully maintenance free motoring.

60k service was £635 at Lexus Teesside (my local dealer). Also had a MOT and new front discs and pads and total bill would have been just shy of £1,000.

But as a Gold Member I got a huge discount off this. Certainly made Gold worthwhile!

My 60K one was done by Lexus Birmingham, no extra work needed.

It was £378..............
