might not be on the invoice, but that dont mean you aint paying for it

some dealers do car wash days, you drive in, they wash your car, you drink there coffee, you drive away in a nice clean car !!

Both Lexus Oxford and Lexus Hatfield have always returned my Lexus in sparkling condition after any type of service.

It's all in the name of the "PURSUIT OF PERFECTION". :D

As Bazza said, it's always included "free" in any quote you're given but that doesn't mean it's really free... still a nice touch though when you get your pride and joy back.

To be honest I've been pleasantly surprised with Lexus so far.

A 10,000 mile service on their flagship £50k car for £189 including the dealer coming to me, leaving me a brand new RX400 hybrid, taking my car away and then returning it cleaned inside and out isn't half bad and I think broadly comparable to much lesser (non-Lexus) cars.
