Is250 Sel - Things I Have Noticed When Cold

Pollution sensor does not seem to function below 4 degrees ish.

Possibly to stop windows misting up.....

although when starting form cold if you leave AC on auto it does not put the fan on until the car has warmed up a bit leading to misty front windscreen on occasions.

I would have thought it would be better on semi low blowing air against windscreen.

Anybody else noticed this?

All 4 of my IS models have only enabled the Blower after the engine has "warmed through" to prevent misting-up.In the 200/300's if I had forgotten to change from re-circ & left the car overnight in winter it took

some time to clear the rear door windows particularly when traffic was heavy.
